I enjoyed learning the point of connecting the work I'm doing with the work I'm giving, and the importance of understanding the work needing to be done by the client themselves. I like that this class promoted the need for questioning and asking open-ended questions to encourage thoughtfulness and digging deeper to find release for clients.
